UNO School of Music, the Omaha Conservatory of Music and the Omaha Area Youth Orchestras joined forces to co-present the second concert of the International Concert Series, Nebraska Rising Stars, featuring talented young musicians in the State of Nebraska on Thursday, October 20, 2016.

The audience was delighted to hear this gifted group of pre-college and college students performing solo, chamber music, and orchestral repertoire.  The performance provided the community with an opportunity to support the artistic and professional development of these young artists, who are taught and mentored by some of Omaha’s most eminent teachers and performers.
