Catherine Boese, a sophomore BM flute performance and music education major from Kansas, was accepted by national audition to perform in a piccolo masterclass led by two members of the illustrious Metropolitan Orchestra. The class – sponsored by the popular web-based music platform, Lessonface™ – will take place via Zoom on December 20, 2020 at 3:00pm CST.

Catherine will perform Antonio Vivaldi’s Piccolo Concerto in C Major, RV.444 (F.VI No.5), and she will be coached by the MET Orchestra’s piccoloist, Stephanie Mortimore, with additional feedback given by MET musician and flutist, Koren McCaffrey.
