Assistant Director of Bands, Dr. Joshua Kearney, recently participated in a virtual trombone choir featuring 135 members as part of the “Song for Health Mass Trombone Choir Collaboration” with soloists: Colin Williams (Trombone, New York Philharmonic), Peter Steiner (Trombone, International Soloist), Martin Schippers (Trombone, The Concertgebouworkest), Brian Hecht (Trombone, Atlanta Symphony), Hanako Yamagata (Pianist), and Constanze Hochwartner (Organist & International Soloist). The project was directed, compiled, and edited by Andrew Markel and features Steven Verhelst’s work “Song for Health.”
