The Keyboard Area Collaborative Program launches a partnership with the Omaha Conservatory of Music

A partnership between the Keyboard Area Collaborative Program at the University of Nebraska at Omaha School of Music and the Omaha Conservatory of Music was recently launched. The program is committed to developing strong community collaborative piano relationships while encouraging student pianists to broaden their experience and knowledge.

The Omaha Conservatory of Music has a broad range of studios with students ranging from beginner level to the advanced level. Student collaborative pianists who are accepted into this collaborative piano program will learn extensive string and vocal repertoire through a multitude of recitals, masterclasses and rehearsals.

Piano majors who have successfully completed 2 years of the collaborative curriculum at UNO with experience in one of the following areas: choirs, ensembles, vocal or instrumental, will be considered for this collaborative partnership. Pianists will be mentored by Stacie Haneline, who will guide and support them through recitals at Omaha Conservatory of Music each semester.
