Drs. Perkinson and Subramanian, College of Communication, Fine Arts & Media collaborated on research that aims to understand the student and faculty experience of performing for Sound Health; Bringing Music to Medicine. The mission of Sound Health is to enrich the environment of care for patients, visitors, health care providers and staff through live music while giving music students the opportunity to perform, connect with their community and practice artistic social responsibility.

Drs. Submaranian and Perkinson were accepted to present their research at the National Organization for Arts in Health conference in Boston on 9/18/19.
