On January 25, 2019, the Selection Committee for the UNO Award for Distinguished Research or Creative Activity voted to recommend Dr. Christie Beard to the Chancellor as the 2019 recipient of this prestigious award. The Chancellor accepted the Selection Committee’s recommendation.
