Yasmine Elrefaie, a junior Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance major and Marketing minor, was selected as the 2022-2023 Presser Scholar by the School of Music.  

This award, funded by the Presser Foundation, is presented to an undergraduate music major at the end of their junior year.  According to the Presser Foundation, “The award recipient should show a high level of academic and musical accomplishment and embody the qualities of leadership and citizenship. The recipient is one who has grown individually and who has contributed earnestly to the success of the school of music. This award is an honor and the recipient, in their senior year, is to be known as a Presser Scholar.”
