Yimeng Xu was sought after to perform the chamber version of Carmina Burana O Fortuna with the Symphonic Chorus at Morningside College in Sioux City, IA.  Under the direction of Dr. Joshua Nannestad,  Xu joined the ensemble for two rehearsals and a performance. 

Xu’s reputation for her collaborative skills reached Dr. Nannestad who was thrilled to hire her for the chamber performance at Eppley Auditorium.  Dr. Nannenstad admired her professionalism demonstrating superb artistry both technically and musically.  Yimeng Xu will be pursuing a graduate degree in collaborative piano in the fall of 2022.
