The voice area held online auditions for the Spring 2021 Michael J. Ruetz Memorial Scholarship Competition. We had a huge pool of applicants this year that submitted video clips to compete. We are grateful for our third-party judges who helped us identify the winners: Mark Bilyeu, Founding Artistic Co-Director of the Source Song Festival in the Twin Cities and James Kenon Mitchell, Assistant Professor and Head of Opera Theater at West Virginia University.
