Congratulations to Lauren Milbourn for receiving the 2019 Rookie of the Year Award from the Millard Education Association.  Lauren was selected from all first and second year teachers in the Millard Public Schools for this honor.  Lauren graduated in May 2018 with a Bachelors of Music in Music Education degree and is in her first year as Assistant Director of Bands at Millard South High School.
