The UNO School of Music Keyboard Area is pleased to announce the 2018 Piano Day, committed to bring academic and artistic opportunities for student pianists from the region to learn from outstanding piano teachers from all over North America. Piano Day provides young artists with an enriching and inspiring experience within a collaborative environment. This action-packed day is structured by a series of masterclasses with the winner receiving a cash prize and a performance on a recital with the guest artist. Music teachers of all backgrounds are invited and encouraged to attend a teacher’s workshop with the guest artist running concurrently with the morning masterclasses.
