On Monday, October 9, the UNO School of Music hosted 62 high school students for Music Major for a Day. 

Students attended School of Music classes, played side by side with UNO students in rehearsals, and received a private lesson from UNO faculty. 

Additionally, students attended a showcase performance featuring UNO students and faculty, heard from faculty about careers and degree plans, and attended a showcase concert and the all-school convocation course.  It was a great day of learning and making connections through music!
